The founders

Bas Gruintjes, Frank de Vries and Hennie Tempelman started Holland-Controls in 2005 in order to continue to provide solutions for gas turbine control systems as they have been doing in the years past.

 

Bas Gruintjes

Function: director

Bas completed his bachelor degree in electronics. He started working with Cooper Bessemer SA in Hengelo in 1988 as a junior project engineer and promoted to a senior system engineer. In 2002, he took responsibility for the engineering department of what was then Rolls-Royce Energy Systems BV in the position of engineering manager.

 

Hennie Tempelman

Function: director

After obtaining his masters degree in electrical engineering and computer science at the University of Twente in 1991, Hennie started working for Cooper Energy Services as a field service engineer. In 1997 he joined the engineering department and achieved the position of senior system engineer.

 

Frank de Vries

Function: director

Directly after his electronics study for which he gained the bachelor degree in 1988, Frank started working for Cooper Energy Services as a field service engineer. In 1999, Cooper was taken over by Rolls-Royce and he continued the work as a senior system engineer.
