Bas Gruintjes, Frank de Vries and Hennie Tempelman started Holland-Controls in 2005 in order to continue to provide solutions for gas turbine control systems as they have been doing in the years past.
Bas completed his bachelor degree in electronics. He started working with Cooper Bessemer SA in Hengelo in 1988 as a junior project engineer and promoted to a senior system engineer. In 2002, he took responsibility for the engineering department of what was then Rolls-Royce Energy Systems BV in the position of engineering manager.
After obtaining his masters degree in electrical engineering and computer science at the University of Twente in 1991, Hennie started working for Cooper Energy Services as a field service engineer. In 1997 he joined the engineering department and achieved the position of senior system engineer.
Frank de Vries
Directly after his electronics study for which he gained the bachelor degree in 1988, Frank started working for Cooper Energy Services as a field service engineer. In 1999, Cooper was taken over by Rolls-Royce and he continued the work as a senior system engineer.
